Resident Property Owners $100 per person per year 
Residents, non-Property Owners $125 per person per year 
Visitors and non-members $3 per visit

You must be 18 years or older to have membership or use the facility.

Membership application may be made at the Suburban Improvement District (S.I.D.) office at 249 Iroquois Drive, Cherokee Village., AR 72529 (telephone 870/257-2302).

Membership fees are prorated for first time members during the first year of membership as follows:

• Membership begins during 1st quarter of the year 
    $100 property owner/$125 renters 
• Membership begins during 2nd quarter of the year 
    $75 property owner/$93.75 renters 
• Membership begins during 3rd Quarter of the year 
    $50 property owner/$62.50 renters 
• Membership begins during 4th quarter of the year 
    $25 property owner/$31.25 renters

Membership includes:

• Use of all exercise equipment in the facility 
• All activities: basketball; aerobic walk; weight and mat class exercise; badminton; ping pong; use of variety of exercise tapes

Membership fees do not include use of the three swimming pools at Omaha Center. Swimming pools access is available to the public at a nominal fee. Use of the swimming pool can be paid at the facility for daily use, or an annual swimming pass can be obtained at the Suburban Improvement District (S.I.D.) office.
